Rates
Basic Rate: Our hourly rate applies to design and development work. Discounts for Non Profit organizations are available. For current rates, contact us.
Expenses: Expenses are incurred when the project requires use of materials or vendors other than design work performed by imagineDS.
Web Hosting:
first website - $150 a year
each additional website - $75 a year
Hosting includes system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting and application upgrades.
Domain Registration: Our current fee for a domain registration, renewal, and maintenance is $12 a year.
Billing Terms: A percentage (generally 25%) of estimated project costs are due up front unless the project is small or of short duration. All invoices are due and payable upon receipt and must be paid NO LATER THAN NET 30.
Project Cancellation: Should client or designer stop the project at any time during the development period, imagineDS will invoice for work completed up to the point of termination and expenses incurred.
